Helpful Information About Ordering
Custom Designs
We specialize in providing high-quality, well-priced custom items. We can accommodate most designs. Or, if you prefer, we will be happy to help you design something special. The minimum setup charge for custom logo/artwork is $35. To reproduce your design, we require a stat (clean, 3" or larger, black and white camera-ready artwork). High-quality artwork is required for a high-quality etching.

Method of Payment
All orders require 50% deposit at the time of order, with the remaining balance due at the time of shipping. Rush orders require full payment at time of order. Prices may vary according to size, quantity and design work needed. Please call for a precise quote on any custom work. Check, cash, cashier check, VISA and MC are accepted.
Shipping
Primary shipper is UPS where available. Shipping packing charges are approximately 15%* on all orders and are the responsibility of the customer. UPS overnight or second day service is available for an additional charge. Please call for pricing.
