This bitti comes with two optional air inputs.
Super O2 allows for richer recipes resulting in richer ACT. Bitti Extra doubles the air, doubles the recipe, doubles the "bugs".

The Bitti comes with the chamber, the very quiet long life air pump, the aeration system, a scoop calibrated for the compost load and recipes for each model (Bitti, Bitti Super O2 and Extra Air).
The Bitti will quickly wash up in your laundry tub and store in little space on a shelf. No fork lift needed to move this brewer.
In a name-the-little-brewer contest, Judi Stewart came up with Bitti. Small as it is, Bitti can produce SFI EXCELLENT brews anywhere from 3 to 30 gallons at a time. The recipes furnished cover a range of 5 to 30 gallons and are adjusted to give High bacterial, Balanced bacterial/fungal or High fungal TEA.
